So the traffic responded heavily to the call for work stoppage during the outage. We had fun...if you look closely there is a traffic cop out. I have other shots of streets where there was no traffic cop to direct and it was more chaotic, but this one reminds Noura of her home in Cairo as they deal with this situation frequently.
